Terakeet: A Science Learning Partnership IMPACT Partner

Terakeet is a leading reputation management company that helps some of the world’s largest Fortune 500 enterprises monitor and safeguard their brand sentiment online. Founded and headquartered in Syracuse, NY, Terakeet has proudly partnered with the MOST in support of the Science Learning Partnership program since 2024. 

The Science Learning Partnership is a collaborative initiative created by the MOST and the Syracuse City School District (SCSD) to empower students to learn STEM concepts through hands-on, immersive experiences that complement classroom instruction and the New York State testing curriculum. 

Terakeet’s advocacy for and contributions to the Science Learning Partnership underscore the company’s long-term commitment to championing SCSD students each year through fundraising efforts led by its employee-driven nonprofit, Cause For The Cuse.

Empowering SCSD Students Together

Since its founding by Terakeet employees in 2013, Cause For The Cuse has remained steadfast in its mission to create a lasting, meaningful impact on the Syracuse community by investing in its students and providing the assistance they need to succeed throughout their academic journeys. In just over a decade, the nonprofit organization has helped more than 20,000 students across thirty schools in the Syracuse area.  

In July 2026, Cause For The Cuse held the inaugural Terakeet Invitational, its largest-ever fundraiser event, to increase educational opportunities for local students. Sponsored by 40 organizations, the Terakeet Invitational brought together community and business leaders, volunteers, and over 100 attendees and raised more than $150,000 over the course of the day. All proceeds from the event went towards external academic programs and resources such as essential school supplies to prepare SCSD students for the upcoming school year, with a portion of the funds donated directly to the MOST’s Science Learning Partnership program.
