This signature event supports the MOST’s STEM educational programming and the continued preservation of the historic Armory in downtown Armory Square. Guests gather at the MOST for a lively cocktail hour, bid on unique live and silent auction items, then stroll to our neighbor Lemon Grass for an exquisite 3-course meal featuring 15 different dishes.

Dinner Menu

Course I

Strawberry & Goat Cheese Salad GF—Seasonal strawberries, goat cheese, candied walnuts, greens,
smoked sea salt, sugar cane, & lemon vinaigrette.

Ma Haw—Classic Thai appetizer. Selected sweet pineapple, chicken, crab, shrimp, turnips, shallots, palm sugar, & cashew nuts.

Fresh Maine Oysters GF—Fried shallot, Sriracha, & lemon.

Tuna Tartare—Shichimi togarashi, fresh avocado, mango, & crisp Vietnamese black sesame rice paper.

Beef Satay—Filet mignon, madras curry, cilantro seeds, cream, & coconut cream. Peanut sauce, ajad, & brioche cube.

For vegans: Strawberry salad

Course II
Served with white Jasmine rice

Prime New York Strip—Japanese barbecue, crisp nori, edamame, Peruvian corn, & whipped potato.

Swordfish Lad Prig GF—Pan seared Atlantic young swordfish, triple chilis, garlic, & tamarind.

Duck Confit—Duck leg confit, toasted couscous, pea shoots, Parmigiano-Reggiano, pomegranate demi-glace.

Massaman Filet Mignon GF—Massaman curry, cashews, potato, pearl onions, & coconut cream.

Thai Seafood Salad ** GF—Shrimp, calamari, mussel, red onion, celery, cilantro, & chili-lime vinaigrette.

For vegans: Yellow Curry **GF—Roasted seasonable vegetable with white tofu, garlic, onion, ginger, tomato.

Course III

Strawberry Napoleon—Napoleon of crisp phyllo squares, rich vanilla bean custard, fresh strawberries,
and vanilla whipped cream served over a pool of strawberry purée.

Warm Chocolate Lava Cake GF—Miniature cake with a liquid chocolate center with burnt sugar ice cream à la mode.

Cardamom Custard—Custard flavored with cardamom, saffron, sliced almond, & zibibbo. Served with mango ice cream.

Black Sticky Rice & Mango GF V—A classic Thai dessert that gives you the summer freshness you want. Sweet coconut cream folded in black sticky rice, topped with golden caramelized coconut flakes, accompanied by a fresh ripe mango.

Burrata Orange GF—Fresh Buffalo mozzarella, orange – vanilla – rose water, pistachio, marmalade, & orange mint.
