2025 Science & Nature Photo Contest Submissions

I hereby authorize the Museum of Science & Technology (MOST) to use submitted photographs for the purpose of depicting the museum’s services and experiences by means of print, broadcast or public relations initiatives. I understand that the MOST has no obligation to use the photos or videos.

I grant permission for my likeness (name) and photographs to be published, republished, and used in informational and/or promotional materials produced on behalf of the MOST, in perpetuity.

Depending on the nature or intent of the initiative, I understand and agree that my name may/might be included, revealed, or published in conjunction with the photo.

I understand and agree that the photographs and written materials associated with such will remain the property of the MOST. I agree that my appearance in, or participation in the programs, promotions and/or productions grants me no ownership rights whatsoever and hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product(s), copy or other matter or the use to which it may be applied.

I agree that there will be no compensation for my participation in the photography, programs, promotions and/or productions.

I have read and understand the above authorization, release and agreement and I am fully familiar with the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assignees.
