Native Arts Festival
Celebrate Native Heritage Month at the MOST on Saturday, November 12, from 9:30 am to 4 pm, sponsored by your local Toyota Dealers as part of STEAM Explorers: STEM Inclusion Showcase.
Heath Hill of the Oneida Wolf Clan will open the event with a traditional Haudenosaunee Thanksgiving at 9:45 am.
The event includes: A native dance exhibition led and emceed by smoke dance champion Chris Thomas (10 am, 12 pm, and 3 pm); 15 art vendors offering traditional crafts that celebrate the beauty and complexity of Native culture in the main exhibit hall; and the ongoing American Indian Law Alliance presents Innovation Station Feature: Lacrosse (dehoñtjihgwa’és).
Native Art Festival is FREE with museum admission.
