Greater Syracuse Scholastic Science Fair Schedule

Solvay High School
2010

Students

Saturday, March 27th

4-6 PM           All students arrive, check in and set up projects (gymnasium)

 

Sunday, March 28th
           
12:30 PM-      All students arrive and proceed to their projects (gymnasium)*
                        Parents and family members information session (auditorium)

1:00 PM-        Judging begins.        

 

2:20 PM-        Break
           

2:30 PM-        Keynote Speaker: (auditorium)**
           

3:00 PM-        Awards Ceremony (auditorium) **

 

4:00   PM –    MOST Celebration of Achievement (gymnasium) **
           

5:00   PM -     Break down and clean up

 

All students should have lunch before arrival.

** Events open to the public.


Judges

Sunday, March 28th

10:30 AM-      Judges check in with GSSSF Officials
           

10:45 AM-      Judges can preview assigned projects
           

12:00 PM-      Lunch and Orientation (cafeteria)
           

1:00 PM-        Official judging

2:30 PM-        Judge sheets due.
                        Keynote Speaker: (auditorium) **

3:00 PM-        Awards Ceremony (auditorium) **

4:00 PM-        MOST Celebration of Achievement (gymnasium) **
