Students

Saturday, March 27th

12-3 PM           All students arrive, check in and set up projects (gymnasium)

 

Sunday, March 28th
           
11:00 AM     All students arrive and proceed to their projects (gymnasium)*
                        Parents and family members information session (auditorium)

11:30 AM        Judging begins.        

 

12:50 PM        Break
           

1:00 PM        Keynote Speaker: (auditorium)**
           

2:00 PM        Awards Ceremony (auditorium) **

 

3:00 PM        MOST Celebration of Achievement (gymnasium) **
           

4:00 PM       Break down and clean up

 

All students should have lunch before arrival.

** Events open to the public.


Judges

Sunday, March 28th

8:30 AM      Judges check in with GSSSF Officials
           

9:00 AM      Judges can preview assigned projects
           

10:30 PM      Lunch and Orientation (cafeteria)
           

11:30 PM        Official judging

1:00 PM         Judge sheets due.
                        Keynote Speaker: (auditorium) **

2:00 PM        Awards Ceremony (auditorium) **

3:00 PM        MOST Celebration of Achievement (gymnasium) **
