The 10th Annual Savoring Science will take place on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 from 5:30-10:00 p.m. Our Savoring Science Gala is a unique opportunity to enjoy international cuisine from renowned chef Methin “Max” Chutinthranond of Lemon Grass / Bistro Éléphant. The Gala Dinner is preceded by a Welcome Reception at the MOST and Fine Wine Auction.

You can reserve one table of 12 for $3,300. Individual tickets are $275.

5:30 to 6:15 P.M.
Welcome Reception at the MOST
Hors D’Oeuvres: house spring rolls, shrimp cocktail, Max’s Wings and sushi platter from Lemon Grass/ Bistro Elephant
Wine and beer tastings.

6:15 to 7:15 P.M.
Fine Wine Auction/Silent Auction
Presented by Dana Decker of Decker’s Wine & Spirits
with Bernie Brzostek as Auctioneer

7:30 to 10 P.M.
Gala Dinner at Lemon Grass/Bistro Elephant
Main entrees: kobe carpaccio, king crab roll, greenhouse eggplant, goat cheese salad, Colorado rack of lamb, black pig prig pow.

Limited Seating.

Business casual attire.
