Presented by Summerwood Pediatrics, “Be the Scientist” allows visitors to learn, engage and explore the activities of a STEM professional on the last Saturday of each month.

Get hands-on with space science during Be the Astronomer, and explore the MOST’s newest traveling exhibit, NASA’s Hubble Traveling Exhibit!

Step 1: Nebula Theater — create your own nebula on-screen and discover the secrets of these interstellar clouds!

Step 2: Hide & Seek Moon — practice your astronomy skills by exploring the tools of the trade – binoculars, telescopes, and more – with local amateur astronomers from the Syracuse Astronomical Society (SAS) and the Central New York Observers & Observing (CNYO) club!

Step 3: NASA’s Hubble Exhibit — explore the MOST’s newest traveling exhibit!
